Crack-axle Canyon 4x4 Adventure 4 x 4 jeep tour hiking tour swimming

For those of you that are interested in rough and wild 4x4 adventure, this tour is for you. We start off my heading west out of Sedona, where we will pass Sedona’s most photographed rock formation. From there we get off road and hit the dirt, where we head towards “Elmersville”, an old mining camp during the copper mining days of Jerome. The road is scenic and beautiful, as we meander towards Oak Creek where the serenity of the forest consumes you. As our destination gets closer, the terrain gets more technical until we reach Crack-axle Canyon where you really want to hold on as we heads down and to the creek. Once down, there is ample opportunity to take a leisurely hike around the surrounding area or simply take a break and enjoy lunch by the creek before jumping in to enjoy the cool waters of the creek.
